The Patient Advocate is available to patients and patient's families to assist with their needs and to answer any questions that patients of their families have concerning E.A. Conway Medical Center and patient care. The Patient Advocate is available Monday-Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and can be reached at 318.330.7506 or in person at office #5-101 located on the 5th floor in Hospital Administration. The hospital operator can also page the Patient Advocate for you.
